Roster
This roster was developed from microfilm of the Index to compiled service records of Confederate soldiers from South Carolina available from the National Archives and Records Administration. The names are as they appeared on the microfilmed Index cards. Misspellings were common and many of the men used their initials instead of a first name. The names in parentheses are the correct spellings or proper names for the recorded initials as supported by family Bibles, obituaries, family histories, etc. If you have additional information on any of these men that you would like to contribute, please go to our contact page for instructions.
